By engaging the professional engineering and land surveying services of Classic Consulting Engineers & Surveyors, LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not retain our services.
Classic Consulting Engineers & Surveyors, LLC agrees to provide civil engineering and land surveying services as described in a written proposal, agreement, or work order—including, where applicable, field surveys, calculations, plans, plats, reports, and related deliverables. Scope, schedule, fees, and assumptions will be defined before work proceeds.
Fees, retainers, invoicing intervals, and expenses will be as stated in your contract or proposal. Classic Consulting Engineers & Surveyors, LLC may suspend or delay work if amounts due are not paid in accordance with the agreed terms.
Upon receipt of payment for the applicable services, clients receive the rights to use project deliverables for the purposes contemplated in the agreement, subject to professional standards and applicable law. Classic Consulting Engineers & Surveyors, LLC retains ownership of generic methods, templates, and non-confidential know-how. Reuse of deliverables for purposes outside the agreed scope may require additional authorization.
Timely performance depends on accurate information, access to the site, cooperation of third parties, and prompt review of submittals. Classic Consulting Engineers & Surveyors, LLC is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incomplete information, denied access, or late client feedback.
Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the governing agreement. Upon termination, Classic Consulting Engineers & Surveyors, LLC will invoice for work completed and reasonable costs incurred to that point, and will deliver materials in accordance with the contract and professional obligations.
